Course Guide
A “blaze of gold” in the summer months when the gorse is in full bloom. The tee shot is aimed at the direction post situated on the crest of a ridge with rough and out of bounds to the right of the fairway. Over the crest, the fairway turns sharply right with a punishing bank of gorse all down the right. This poses quite a hazard for the second shot, usually a medium to long iron. To the right of the green is a bunker and to the left, a heathery knoll and two small bunkers.
