Gents Open 2018

With calm conditions early morning and a freshening wind around noon, it's fair to say the early morning starters got the easier end of the draw - and the scoring certainly reflected that!

95 golfers competed and feedback on the golf course was very positive. Full credit to Craig Drummond and his dedicated team.

The best net score and the title of "Gents Open Champion" went to Gavin Gough (pictured) from Cawder Golf Club with a superb 70 - 4 = 66 net

Seniors Team Victorious

The Ranfurly Castle Seniors Team have finished top of the league after an excellent season of golf. A 3-3 draw between Renfrew and Elderslie left Ranfurly Castle as clear winners!

Huge congratulations to team manager Alan Bowie for all his hard work and organisation and in particular, well done to all the player who contributed at various stages throughout the season! For those seniors wishing to attent the Annual Seniors Dinner, it's scheduled for Friday 2nd November at Elderslie Golf Club.

2018 Finals Day

It's fair to say the weather was very kind to us and all the golfers were blessed with good overhead conditions and an excellent golf course. Huge thanks must go to Craig Drummond and his team for all their efforts and hard work - not only in the lead up to Finals Day - but throughout what has been a very challenging season! The Italian Buffett after the presentation was excellent and again, Heather, Louise & the team looked after us all very well.
